Night Shade ist in Schwäbisch Gmünd

Wie aus einem Pop-up-Bilderbuch taucht diese leicht gruselige Geschichte auf: Ein Junge verliert seinen Vater in einem altertümlichen Blutritual zwischen Männern und Wölfen. Es geht um den Drang nach Macht und Wissen und der Junge setzt alles daran, die Seele seines Vaters zu retten. Die Zuschauer können jedem Blättern des Buches zusehen, können die Entstehung jeder neuen Episode, jedes neuen Bildes verfolgen, wobei die Verwendung der Handlampen den Schatten einen fast filmischen Charakter verleiht. Die englische Erzählstimme ist gut verständlich und so zieht einen diese Geschichte in ihren leicht schaurigen Sog.
